India has the potential to attract USD 4 billion in investments in the logistics sector over the next three years : LogiMAT India
The evolving landscape of India’s logistics sector presents a compelling opportunity for significant investments, highlighted at LogiMAT India 2025, a satellite show of the renowned intralogistics exhibition LogiMAT Stuttgart organized by Messe Stuttgart India.
The survey forecasts USD 4 billion in investments in India’s logistics sector over the next three years, with potential for even higher figures considering the promising logistics environment in India and its imminent global leadership role.
The LogiMAT India 2025 event kicked off at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai, featuring over 200 brands, including industry pioneers such as Addverb, Craftsman Automation, System Logistics, Anscer Robotics, and Armstrong Dematic. These companies are set to showcase more than 250 cutting-edge technologies, offering attendees an opportunity to explore innovative solutions, network with industry experts, and gain a competitive edge.
Speaking at the inauguration, Maharashtra Industries Secretary P. Anbalagan emphasized the state’s substantial potential in logistics investments, stating, ‘If you are considering investing in logistics for the next decade, Maharashtra offers ample opportunities.’
Bernhard Muller, Vice President of Messe Stuttgart and Director of Messe Stuttgart India, highlighted the strategic importance of India’s geographic location in enhancing trade routes and strengthening global supply chains through initiatives like LogiMAT India 2025.
With support from Invest India, Startup India, and Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya, and expecting over 20,000 visitors, the event underscores India’s readiness to embrace innovative logistics solutions and cement its position as a global logistics hub.
